It was entertaining but lacked the social and cultural aspects to be taken into consideration. We are not biological machines that can be kept alive forever just for the sake of experiencing another sucession of years without a good reason. Life is pretty exhausting as it is-taxes, kids, jobs and mother nature. Don't you have enough as it is??? Just concentrate on making it through this one, especially with our current state of crazyness and guns. You might end up dead anyway.

If you have a technical background and have read Asimov and Kurtzweil, and are aware of Aubrey De Grey, you probably won't get much out of this. If those proper nouns are gibberish to you, you can get a lot out of this.
