My favorite movie, my favorite band, a great focus on Joan & Cherie’s relationship, how the band formed, got extremely big, then how it all came crashing down. Both Kristen & Dakota did great jobs portraying them as well!
It was easy for me to love the music and spirit. Of course it could be presented a million ways and not cover everything, I wish it could, but in a way the spirit was so there, as it is. I am already such a fan that it's hard to see anything fade or end. I probably have to watch it again. I have to say, I wish there were more films like this. Maybe I can find more. Thank you. I Love this.
Interesting movie about the formation of early all female rock band with teenagers showing their early rise to success than breaking up as a band. I felt that the movie over concentrated on the drug usage and if you read about the band's history they actually were a success in multiple countries producing 5 albums. It would have a better movie if it gave a better chronology vs. somehow getting a studio album then breaking up. It also should have provided a summation of the other rock performers - what happened to them.
